This past winter break my family and I spent Christmas out in Colorado. I have some family who lives out there between Golden and Boulder about 30 minutes into the mountains. We stayed with them for Christmas and for the second half of the trip we went skiing at Breckenridge and Keystone. My family has always been pretty adventurous and we grew up big skiers but the 2500 ft runs out west are way different than our 600 ft hill at Nubs Nob! Above is the view from my Uncles porch... insane right? They call it heaven on Earth. Here is a photo from the chairlift at Breckenridge. The snowcaps were absolutely beautiful this day, it looked like a true winter wonderland! As I mentioned earlier, I have started my own YouTube channel and have made a few videos for fun of our trip. Linked below are the two videos that I made - the first is us hiking around in essentially my Uncles backyard (!) and the second video is from skiing at Breckenridge and Keystone.
